Capriccio rates a 5 on a scale of 1 to 12, so it is perfect for those of us who prefer a somewhat less intense coffee drinking experience. The light/medium acidity of this blend comes from the presence of South American Arabica beans grown at high altitudes. That acidity is perfectly balanced by the perfect amount of Brazilian Arabica and just a touch of Robusta. It is then lightly roasted in order to preserve that light/medium acidity. It carries a rich aroma and a typical cereal note.
